We are dedicated to using technology to more efficiently and accurately evolve our design concepts. Our factory is equipped with a CNC shaping machine featuring Shape 3d design software that was developed in France. Shape 3d is by far the most robust surfboard design software on the market today. Years of practice with this softw are and decades of hand-shaping experience allow us to exploit the high resolution design features and explore more refined design concepts than ever before. The use of this technology has allowed us to more accurately optimize the relationship between the 4 major design variables in a surfboard: rocker, outline, foil, and bottom contour.

We have an electronic file for every customer and every board produced in our facility for half a decade. Therefore the progression of a particular design for an individual customer is much more concrete. Once we have designed a board for you, the next board you get in that style will be based upon the previous model.
